Dottie Has Arrived.....

After much research, debate and thought, I made the plunge to be a dog owner, but more so the new mother of a precious Shih Tzu.  She will grow to be smaller than the average Shih Tzu, as she will be an "Imperial" and not weight more than 9 lbs.

Dottie was born on June 24th, 2017, in St. Mary's, Georgia to a lovely breeder home.  There were only three in the litter, two boys and one girl.  I had made sure to pay the deposit to have "Pick of the Litter" as I wanted a girl.

We shopped from the time she was born, and still are shopping ... buying fancy halters, toys, and puppy essentials.

She's been with us for one week, and in that week, she has grabbed onto my heart so hard, that I can't imagine life without Dottie.  As I write this, she is sleeping in a bed, on my desk with her stuffy babies... worn out from two walks, playtime and socializing time.

She comes to work with me every day... I have a playpen set up beside my desk/chair on the floor, and a bed on my desk... as long as she is the precious, well behaved sweety that she is, she will be welcome ... so here's to crossing our fingers that my Dottie remains the sweet and well behaved pup that she is...
